Knox Farm is comprised of 150 acres and is surrounded by thousands of acres of Caribou National Forest and BLM lands.  The main barn includes a 100 x 204 indoor riding arena with dust free footing, large box stalls with runs, two tack rooms, wash stall and grooming areas, veterinary treatment area, and a bunkhouse with full kitchen, laundry and shower and a picture window to the arena.  There are two sand outdoor arenas.  One is 120x 240 used mainly as a show jumping arena; the other is 200x 330 and can accommodate a full sized driving dressage arena. Surrounding the sand arenas is a large grass area of several acres, suitable for driving, polocrosse or a jumping derby course.  The thirty acre gallop track field has a half mile race track and a cross country jumping course which includes banks, ditches, steps, water obstacle, sunken road and various other natural jumps from simple logs to more advanced fences.  Large hay fields around the farm have trails for riding and driving.  Combined driving obstacles are situated around the property. Twelve pastures and paddocks each have loafing sheds and Nelson heated automatic waterers.  Each field is individually fenced with lanes between pastures.
